Meet the chicken dish that deserves a little more attention. 👀

We start with a bone-in, skin-on chicken breast, pan-seared until the skin is beautifully golden and crisp while keeping that chicken tender and juicy. Then we nestle it over creamy mashed potatoes, finished with our rich, fresh tomato sauce, a touch of pesto and fresh greens.

It’s hearty without being heavy, comforting without being ordinary, and exactly the kind of plate that makes you want to scrape up every last bit of sauce and potato. 🤤 This one is the fork in the air moment, right there 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
