Figured it was about time to share a bit about me, the gal behind the Rogue Pony Mobile Saloon.
I moved to Smithers four years ago for the dreamy lifestyle with a side of career opportunity in natural resources.
I’ve spent over a decade in hospitality and high-end event catering, and in recent years I’ve really enjoyed experimenting with simple syrups and cocktail concentrates using locally produced and foraged ingredients — Wild Rose Gin Fizz, anyone?
I LOVE graphic design and am a big fan of planning events that fuse community, music, and art. Let me take care of the planning and menu design to match your style! Want a custom wedding decal for the trailer door? Let’s do it!
Outside of work, I love connecting with friends and family through alpine adventures, home-cooked meals, craft nights, travel, ski hill laps (with lunchtime tailgates, of course), bonfires, and bike rides.
