This week is coming to an eeeend!🎉
Weekend special is a delicious quinoa and bean salad! It is jam packed with cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, tomato, kidney beans, chickpeas, and feta! (Everything is betta with feta!) All of this tossed in a honey Dijon vinaigrette and finished with a balsamic drizzle! Have it as a full bowl with beer bread or as a side! YUM 🤤
