As the year is coming to an end I think reflection is so important 🫶🏼
I’m incredibly honoured to have been a part of over 70 weddings this year, whether it be with bar services, coordinating, or decor. To be a part of two people’s special day and be able to offer peace of mind knowing I will do anything in my power to make sure their day is flawless is something I hold so close to my heart.
This year came with its ups and downs, as every year does 🫶🏼
Some of the things I’m most proud of are
🌱releasing my warehouse and bringing everything home 🫶🏼
With my family growing from a family of 3 to 4 it just made more sense, this way I can spend all of my extra time with my babies while they are still babies..
at first it felt like I was giving up on my vision and dreams for bar10 but I came to realize that this will in fact push me harder to make my dreams come true!
🌱growing my list of employees, offering training and guidance and letting the girls know that I am their safe space. Growing up I didn’t always have someone looking out for me, so I wanted to switch the narrative for my girls and let them know I will always be there. Encouraging the girls to be the best they can not only at work but in their own personal lives.. Some girls blew me out of the water with their dedication, willingness to learn, and their drive ( which resulted in raises )
🌱 I subcontracted bar10 out for a wedding venue offering staff, guidance, and management over the weekends.
The thing I’m most proud of is growing my family and bringing my son into this world!
Wedding season hits a bit different when pregnant but I powered through the morning sickness, put in the hours for a long days work, and showed up for every single couple 🫶🏼which to be honest on some days was harder than I thought it would be!
