For over 36 years, Village Gardens Restaurant & Pub has proudly been serving the people of Sarnia with hearty meals, friendly faces, and the kind of hospitality only a local family business can offer. Since 2007, the Horsburgh/Pyette family has proudly owned and operated Village Gardens, continuing the tradition of providing quality food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere for our community. Long before Village Gardens became what it is today, this building was home to three separate businesses. From approximately the mid-1950s until 1996, its three front entrances served a neighborhood barber shop, a pet store, and a small coffee shop—each with its own place in Sarnia's history. Today, those spaces have come together under one roof, continuing a tradition of serving the local community. Our restaurant is a classic mom-and-pop establishment, offering one of Sarnia's favorite breakfast destinations with an extensive breakfast menu, along with delicious lunch, dinner, and daily specials—all at prices that families can appreciate. Just through the separate entrance, you'll find our cozy neighborhood pub—a comfortable place to unwind with reasonably priced food and drinks, enjoy a game on our pool table, choose your favorite songs on the jukebox, or simply spend time with friends and neighbor's. For nearly four decades, Village Gardens has been about more than just food. It's been about friendships, familiar faces, and creating a place where everyone feels at home. To all of our loyal customers, old friends, and first-time visitors, thank you for your continued support throughout the years. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to serve Sarnia, and we look forward to welcoming you for many years to come. From our family to yours—thank you, Sarnia.
