Raising the bar (and the fridge) to fight hunger! 🧊🏃‍♂️

​Most people keep their beer cold in a fridge, but Jesse takes a different approach: he is the fridge!
​We were so inspired to see Jesse out on the course at our event, quite literally carrying the mission on his back.

He showed up with a mini-fridge strapped on to represent Jesse Wright, walking the talk to raise money and awareness for local food programs.
​It’s one thing to support a cause, but it’s another to haul a kitchen appliance kilometers just to make sure people are talking about hunger within our community.

Jesse, thank you for your incredible stamina, your sense of humor, and your dedication to helping our community.

Race day is almost here!
The Port City Beer Run takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Please note that there is a printing error on the bibs. They incorrectly show May 31, 2026, but the event is taking place on May 30, 2026 as scheduled.
Race Day Schedule
Location: Moosehead Breweries
10 AM – Site opens
10:40 AM – 10K Start
11:00 AM – 5K Start
We recommend arriving at Moosehead no later than 10:00 AM to allow time to find your friends, use the washrooms, and get to the start line. Just a reminder, no parking at Moosehead.
After crossing the finish line at the Marco Polo Cruise Terminal, you’ll be treated to samples from some of New Brunswick’s best breweries, wineries, cideries, and distilleries.
We can’t wait to welcome you to the 2026 Port City Beer Run. Safe travels, and we’ll see you Saturday!
