We’re hiring for a bartending + serving role with regular weekly shifts Wednesday to Saturday.

- a real interest in flavour and hospitality
- a calm, professional presence with guests
- some experience with serving and bartending
- reliability and the ability to work independently

We asked what people wanted to see on the Happy Hours menu. You said tiki. You said Dave Matthews.

So naturally, we combined the two.

Yellowfin Tuna seared hard and served rare with lime ginger aioli, a bean sprout and green onion salad tossed in ponzu dressing and some crispy sushi rice cakes.
