Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann was founded in Dublin, Ireland, in 1951. Its mandate is to promote traditional Irish music and culture, and there are more than 400 branches around the world. The Saint John branch of Comhaltas is the eastern-most chapter in Canada. We hold sessions at 7:30pm on Tuesday nights at O'Leary's Pub on Princess Street, in Saint John NB, from September to June.

Comhaltas regular session on Tuesday falls on St.Paddys day this year.
Our plan is to start earlier at approximately 6 pm depending on who shows for our open session . Feel free to join us in the upper bar starting at 6-7 pm and going until whenever, it should be a lot of fun with no pressure . ;) .
