Regina Band Swap is an annual fundraiser that engages local musicians to raise money for two important local groups:

Here is how it works:
- Musicians register as individuals.
- Seven bands of five people are assembled the evening before the event by drawing names from a hat!
- The new bands will have 24 hours to jam and prepare three or four cover songs.
- Bands will each perform 20-minute sets at the show the next evening.
- All of the ticket sales go directly to Carmichael and Girls Rock Regina.
- Fun times are had!

So last night was pretty special...

A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to our sponsors, Long & McQuade (Regina), The Exchange, and SaskMusic. Without your support, Band Swap Regina would be way harder to pull off.

Another thank you goes out to all of the musicians who threw themselves into this weird gauntlet. All of the sets were outstanding.

And lastly, thank you to everyone who came out last night to share the evening with us.

A few days late, but a big thank you to everyone who came out and supported Regina Band Swap XI last Friday night! What a great night of music! A special thanks to our event partners - Long & McQuade (Regina), The Exchange and SaskMusic in their generous support of the event! We raised over $3,400 for Carmichael Outreach Inc. and GRR!
