An evening with Jade at Homestead 🍷

We’re bringing back some classic guest-favourite dishes for a special five-course meal and w**e pairing on October 21.

Joining us is Jade, the North American representative for Vignerons de Nature—a collective of nearly 40 passionate w**egrowers united by respect for the land and w**es that reflect the places they come from.

From oysters and trout gravlax to lamb ragù with truffle pecorino, coq au vin jaune—and, of course, our whipped feta—revisit some Homestead favourites alongside w**es from Berlioz, Château de La Selve, Domaine Jolivet, Thévenet and M et S Bouchet.
