It's with heavy hearts that we have made the decision to permanently close the Lamplighter/ Vimy lounge at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 001.

The Royal Canadian Legion would like to go into 2021 with a fresh outlook. The mental health and wellness of our veterans and community will be one of our top priorities. With that being said, we feel, that operating the lounge doesn't align with our core values for 2021 and the future.

We would like to thank the patrons,
Community and members for supporting us over the decades.

We have met many amazing people over the years and made countless memories and lasting friendships.

A very special thank you to the dedicated staff that have worked along side us.

Our final evening of operations will be (tomorrow) Nov, 28th/2020.

Please join us for a pint and a farewell evening- at a distance of course.
