Two of Saskatoon’s finest bartenders are heading to The Cure Kitchen & Bar for a one of a kind cocktail pop-up.

Jon Regnier & Andrew Larmour are usually slinging drinks behind the bar at Parlor (located in Saskatoon and named one of Canada’s top 50 bars, ICYMI) and for one night only they’ll be serving the good people of Regina at The Cure.

The Cure’s cocktail menu will take a back seat for the night and be replaced by Jon and Andrew’s original menu - created just for this event. They will do all the bartending, and your favourite Cure staff will be serving tables and cooking up our usual menu in the kitchen.

Flautas de papas are back and better than ever! Cheesy potato stuffed corn tortillas that are deep fried and topped with salsa verde, lettuce, lime crema, pickled onion, feta, pico de gallo and cilantro!

Have you had a chance to try out either of these tasty treats?

The first is our N/A Prairie Bloom made with NOA Amaretto and Orange Liqueur, a house-made Saskatoon berry and rose syrup, lemon cordial and egg whites.

The next is our Kinilaw Dressed Tuna Tataki. This sesame crusted tuna is seared to perfection, and then topped with kinilaw, Filipino style sauce and garnished with red onion, Thai chili and cilantro. Available after 4PM on our feature menu all of June and July!
