SPECIAL GUEST SAKE NIGHT

We’re excited to welcome Washi from Calgary to Tipsy Samurai for a one-night-only sake event on Wednesday, June 3rd.

Washi is a co-founder & managing director of Sakegami, premium Japanese sake importer, and will be at Tipsy for the evening to guide you to the world of the premium sake.

To celebrate, ALL sake by the glass will be just $10 all night.

This is a rare chance to casually explore premium Japanese sake, ask questions, compare styles, and discover bottles you normally wouldn’t try by the glass in Saskatchewan.

No tickets.

Just drop in and drink some great sake.

Starting June 1, 2026, Tipsy Samurai will no longer be serving lunch.

We’re not slowing down
— we’re just choosing to focus.

We’ll be putting all our energy into dinner service, where we can do what we care about most: good service, a great atmosphere, and food we’re really proud of. The kind of experience we want to keep improving, and the kind we hope stays with you after you leave.

Lunch at our space will still continue.
will be taking over lunch service here everyday except Mondays.

Same space, new lunch direction.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

If you’ve ever been to Tipsy, you know Miki — from her wine expertise, her TikTok appearances, and the kind of elevated, detail-driven hospitality that defines the experience we strive to create.

At the end of this month, she’ll be heading to Calgary to begin her next chapter 🥂

Her final shift with us will be next Friday April 17th, and her presence on the floor will be deeply missed.

We invite you to join us this week to wish her well and raise a glass in her honor.

a small bowl glowing softly in the light.
Yellowfin tuna, marinated slow and deep,
silken flavors drifting like a dream you keep.
Pickled daikon snaps crisp and clean,
local microgreens fresh and green.
An organic local egg yolk, miso-kissed gold,
rich and tender, humble yet bold.
