As we say goodbye to the long weekend, we’re officially switching over to our fall hours. Don’t worry, all your favourite daily specials are sticking around & even one or two added to keep things fun 🍻

We’re open all year round, with cold beer, wine, great food, live music and plenty of entertainment to keep Port Stanley going even after summer comes to an end!

WHAT A WEEKEND!!!

Thank you all of Port Stanley for coming out and especially a big thank you to all our bands this weekend who kept us all entertained.

Tonight is also a bittersweet one as we celebrate Alex on her last shift before she heads off to school!

Day 1 of the long weekend was a BLAST! 🍻🎶

A huge thank you to HogWild for kicking off the weekend with us and bringing the energy! 🤘 We absolutely love seeing all of you come out, have a good time, and rock the night away with us.

And an extra special shoutout to our regulars… who regular so hard they’ve officially started helping us clean up at the end of a busy night. 😂❤️ You know who you are and we appreciate you more than you know!

Meet Rick! 🍻

In 2019, Rick and his wife Fran took a big leap and opened Caps Off Brewing. Long before Caps Off became what it is today, there was an idea, a love for brewing, and a whole lot of work. As one of the owners of Caps Off, Rick has been a huge part of building the brewery from the ground up and continues to keep the beer flowing as our brewer and production manager.

His favourite beer to brew is Drop of a Hat IPA, which is always a busy and exciting brew day. For Rick, there’s nothing quite like the sense of accomplishment that comes when a tank is filled with fresh wort and fermentation gets started. After all the work that goes into getting there, watching that process begin is pretty rewarding.

Over the years, Rick has seen Caps Off grow from an idea into a welcoming community where people come together, make memories, and share a love of great beer. One of his favourite parts of being involved is seeing familiar faces, meeting new people, and watching the brewery become a place that feels like home to so many. He’s excited to keep building that community while exploring new beers and beverage creations!

Rick has been a huge part of the Caps Off story from day one. We wouldn’t be here without him! 🍻
