From June 1–30, Penticton Burger Battle is bringing together 11 local restaurants and breweries, all competing for burger glory and a shot at being crowned the 2026 champion!

Our entry? The Blue Collar Burger 💪

Rich, bold, and built to impress, this beef burger is stuffed with bacon, blue cheese, and creamy Brie for a molten center that delivers in every bite. Topped with peppery arugula, sweet zucchini relish, crispy onion, and zesty peanut butter aioli on a toasted sesame bun, it’s indulgent, layered, and unapologetically loaded 🤤
