Good morning 😊

We are open for lunch now! We will be open for breakfast again tomorrow!

Also, if you are available, please come help us support the amazing riders who left Victoria yesterday and have been overnight alll the way here to raise money for end2end Cancer, where all donations and money raised goes directly to help our island children fighting cancer and their families! We have a QR code at the restaurant which I'll be leaving up after this event where you can donate directly to this organization as well!

Joe will begin BBQ'ing at 3:00 and the riders are expected to arrive between 3:30 and 4:30!

Good morning all, just a reminder that today and tomorrow we will be closed for breakfast.

We will be open at 11:00 for lunch and dinner both days then back to our normal hours Thursday- Sunday. We did revive some messages from a few amazing people after our previous post, one being for exactly what we're looking for in a cook, so paying when Joe meets with them that were a good fit for each other and we can get back to breaky 7 days/ week and maybe even staying open later! 💜 Thank you so much for all the kind words and messages we've received. We truly have loved being a part of this community for almost 11 years now and really want this place to be around for a long time. 😊

Hey everyone, these past few days have been crazy! We are so, soo thankful it's been busier! Unfortunately, we still seem to be having the same issue as many other places, and it has been seemingly impossible to find any experienced, reliable staff. (besides our amazing core group!!).

Joe has also been ordered by his Dr. to stop working like he has been as it's severely affecting his health. Until we are able to hire at least one more cook, we will have to close at least one day per week for breakfast. This week, we will have to close on Tuesday and Wednesday for breakfast as he's not able to return to work until at least Thursday and we already have our kitchen manager, line cook, and one of our amazing young 2nd cooks working like crazy the next several days.

We will be open tomorrow for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner, closed Tues and Wed for breakfast, but open at 11:00 for lunch & dinner, and then open again for full days Thursday - Sunday.

We have been trying to stay open 7 full days per week, have wanted to extend our hours for dinner, but my husband's health as well as the health of our staff have to come first. Fingers crossed we will find someone very soon, and when we do, we'll be open all the times again!

UPDATE: We will be open at 12:00 today for lunch and dinner! 😊

Good morning,

Due to staff shortages we will unfortunately be closed for breakfast this morning. I'll post asap once we confirm what time we can open! So sorry, we hate closing especially late notice. 😞 We have been debating on closing Tuesday mornings until we can find another cook so Joe can have one day to rest but have been trying not to.

We still need a breakfast/or open availability line cook, experienced bartender/servers, dishwashers.

I'll update as sooooon as we confirm when we can open! 💜

New Menu alert! So sorry for the delay in releasing, but the past week has been a little...crazy! We are still planning to run specials, and I've written down past suggestions and ideas we've had as well that we just weren't able to add on yet due to the size of our flat-top.

**Edited to add that I've included our dessert & N/A drink menu, Mocktails and our standard drink menus. I will post our wine list as soon as we confirm which ones we're able to get here!

Joe made up some Cream of Broccoli soup! If you haven't tried our new Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette, I also highly recommend that if you plan to have a house salad with your burger! 🥗
