I just took these two new Waste Not, Want Not mill blanks out of the pressure pot. Stabilized spalted maple using Cactus Juice from TurnTex, LLC. Resin is Alumilite Clear Slow from Alumilite Corporation coloured with Caster's Choice brilliant blue and emerald green. I mixed the mix powders for the mill on the left and they produced a great teal colour. I kept them separate for the mill on the right and poured at approximately 93°F. Stay tuned for the finished mills.

This is the new product release I spoke about. This LED accent lamp is inspired by work I saw in an artists' co-op in New Orleans a couple of years ago. It features a 12W ring light with 3 different white temperatures (warm white, white and cool white) with 9 different brightness levels. This particular lamp is apricot with a natural edge on the upper part. I have ten lamps made with different woods that I'll be bringing to Southampton Craft Show - P.R.A.N.C.E on July 2. This mill combines 4 activities that I enjoy. The coloured spirals in the resin are the "p**p" from many 3D prints. The spirals are cast in Alumilite Clear Cast Slow. The spalted maple was stabilized using using Cactus Juice from TurnTex, LLC and finally I turned the mill.

It will be with me at Southampton Craft Show - P.R.A.N.C.E on July 2. Come and check it out.
