Anderson's House is a century home in the wine and culture-rich County of Prince Edward. 🚨 NOTICE to all Airbnb hosts in The County 🚨

Council is aiming to push through legislation that could be debilitating to the short term accommodation industry in PEC. If it passes as-is, many of us, including me will no longer we able to run businesses here as we will not meet the criteria of this short-sighted plan. There was a council meeting last night, and if you missed it, you can still have your voice heard:

1. Join the “Airbnbs in PEC” Facebook group (many resources, links and discussions can be found there)
2. Join the newly formed Short Term Rental Association of Prince Edward County (info in FB group)
3. Read the proposed legislation. Go to thecounty.ca and search STA (this is also linked in the group)
4. After you’ve read the information, forward your concerns to Paul Walsh at [email protected] by Friday the 14th
