📯📯📯SUNDAY WINE DINNER ! 📯📯📯Some dishes for our annual wine dinner that and I have put together ! . 1. Hamachi crudo with compressed cucumbers. 2. Pressed fig carpaccio with Ontario burrata and pine nuts.3. Leavitts beef tartare with dehydrated tomatoes.4.Some tender-lovin Ontario chicken with a Romesco-ish sauce + potatoes and salsa Criolla along with a dish of Belgium endive + golden beets 5. Pavlova with orange curd🥹🥹🥹 dm us or text/call. Making wine is really challenging and takes a lot of discipline , come try some unique expressions + how we pair them with our food! We’ve been pouring these wines since we opened and are very excited to be able to host Andre and have him pull some library wines for you! The price is $155.00 a person. 4 courses + 4 Wines + surprise things, dinner is at 7pm. We’re only going to do one seating this year. ⚡️🫶⚡️This menu is designed for omnivores, that said if you have allergies we will be very willing to adjust and create something for you ♥️Menu will be popping up early next week, we love this time of year and find so much meaning in being able to hold these small and deliberate events. It’s all about the guests, the hard working team and the passion. Being able to throw a party 5 nights a week is a blessing. Met some great humans, played with some quality county provisions and continued to grow our creative passion. The patio will be going into hibernation next week but we are still here for you all. 🌱🍂🍃What a beautiful day for beans! 🌱🍂🍃These sweet flat beans grown with love by the uniquely talented have bean lightly transformed by the equally talented 👯‍♀️🌱🍄‍🟫Collaboration makes great food. These beans are lightly charred and plated in shallow pool of buttermilk dressing cut with fresh horse radish, fresh dill and charred corn.
