Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a special evening at The Butcher’s Wife. For one night only, we created a feature Italian-inspired menu and cocktail list designed exclusively for the experience — from handmade dishes to classic Italian flavours behind the bar. 🍝🍷

This fresh Peruvian-inspired dish features fresh cut salmon, macerated in our in-house made tiger’s milk with fresh lemon juice, cilantro, ginger, red onions, garlic, and chilis — served with daily baked crostini.

Fresh, bright, and full of flavour… basically the perfect dish for the warmer weather finally arriving. 👀

Join us June 2 for a special 5-course Italian dining experience inspired by tradition, handmade flavours, and a beautiful night in Italy. 🍷🍝

From hand-folded agnolotti and red wine risotto to lamb saltimbocca and espresso panna cotta — every course was created to bring a little piece of Italy to the Valley.
