SO EXCITED!!! As we turn the page into a bold new chapter of our rejuvenated Pub & Grill, we’re so thrilled to announce and welcome Laura Train Fraser as our new Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager. Laura’s love for cooking sparked early - her very first job in public school ignited a passion that’s fueled an impressive culinary journey ever since. A graduate of culinary school, she brings a wealth of experience from her work in resorts, beloved local restaurants, private chef positions, and standout catering events. She’s also a proud mom of three daughters and has been voted Readers’ Choice Favourite Local Chef three years in a row—a testament to her incredible talent and the strong connection she shares with this community. With Laura at the helm of our kitchen, we’re not just serving food—we’re crafting a whole new experience, rooted in local flavour, fresh creativity, and heartfelt hospitality.
