Please note venue is a 2nd floor location (25 stairs up) and not accessible for wheelchairs nor are washrooms. Great concert hall and event space right downtown in Owen Sound serving the Grey/Bruce region. Beautiful, warm, inviting space on the 2nd floor with great natural light. Excellent PA, lighting and video. Available and suitable for many types of functions. Ample seating, beautiful bar, sky

lights, outdoor patio, artists green room, set up for catering (kitchen). Right above the amazing Heartwood Home store (and cafe) on the main level! Please note that due to the fact that we are a 2nd floor location there are 25 stairs and 2 landings at front entrance. We apologize that we are non-accessible (nor are the washrooms accessible).

FRIDAY Sept. 18th at Parkwood Restaurant: FOSTER MOTEL is bringing their "OUTLAW INDIE FOLK" to Owen Sound for the very first time and they are joined by KEN KELLEY & friends! Foster Motel is the musical home base of Joel Stewart (The Future Hall of Famers) and Jane Gowan (The Real Shade, The Violet Archers). For this special night, they’ll be joined by drummer Pat Phillips (Devin Cuddy, Brigadeiros, Herding Cats), and bassist/guitarist/singer-songwriter, John Borra.

Following a successful West Coast tour in May, 2026, Foster Motel continue to celebrate the 2026 release of Songs for Stadiums (Joel Stewart and The Future Hall of Famers). With a common love of music that is rich in story, character and harmony, Joel, Jane, and band will perform a mix of compelling orginals, in addition to songs that have influenced their sound; well-loved songs from our collective DNA.

An evening with Foster Motel is a perfect night of musical comfort, surprise, discovery and welcoming!

THE LAZY RIVER DRIFTERS are a spirited traditional jazz band known for turning every performance into a lively trip back to the golden age of NEW ORLEANS music. Blending bright trumpet lines, swinging clarinet melodies, steady banjo rhythms, and warm brass harmonies, the group captures the joyful energy of early jazz while adding its own relaxed personality.

FRIDAY Oct. 2nd: FOOL HEARTBREAKERS! A Tribute to the Music of Tom Petty. Fool Hearts (as they are known when performing multiple artists songs) is a project over 15 years in the making. This collective of musicians gained their legs in bars, barns, and backyards but specialize in weddings and corporate events. They've amassed countless hours playing music together resulting in a formidable repertoire spanning decades and genres.

As FOOL HEARTBREAKERS they seek to share their love of TOM PETTY’s music by performing some of his biggest hits and cherished deeper cuts. Bringing expert musicianship to recreate the classics as well as put their own spin on a few as well. This is not your typical tribute act, no costumes or affected voices, just a group with a love of the music Tom and the Heartbreakers gave us.

The musicians in Fool Heartbreakers are: Eric Walker on guitar and vocals, Lindsey Hull on vocals & percussion, Graham Goss on vocals, keys and guitars, Mat Pataki on drums and vocals, Mike Smith on bass.
