Witloof Chicon Belgian Style Saison: Brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Belgian embassy, and Rideau Pines Farm. Roasted fresh endives added to the mash during the brewing process add a nutty soft bitterness that pairs well with a classic Belgian yeast derived flavour profile. Naturally bottle conditioned for proper carbonation. 6.5% abv. 750 ml bottles.
