We have begun to ascertain the extent of the damage and unfortunately it is very widespread. For the foreseeable future, Experience Social and the Pinball Medics parts department will both be closed as we deal with this new massive project before we can reopen once more. We are still doing repairs and machine sales for both new and used games. Thank you to everyone for your support, and while I don’t have time to answer everyone individually, I do see the comments and they are very much appreciated. The source issue has been resolved, but now the remediation of the facility and our equipment begins. We will know more over the coming days and weeks, and will share updates regularly. It pains us greatly to not be able to share the amazing place this has grown into after only two months, and we can’t wait to be able to share it once again.
