FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – OTTAWA, ON – April 2026 — A major new entertainment destination is coming to Ottawa this spring as Ottawa Pinball Arcade by Pinball Medics announces its expansion into the iconic former Brass Monkey venue at 250 Greenbank Road, reimagined as Experience Social — Home of the Ottawa Pinball Arcade.

Opening in May 2026, the new venue will transform the space into an 8,600-square-foot social lounge and entertainment hub, combining arcade gaming, live music, and retro culture into a unified experience.

Experience Social and the Ottawa Pinball Arcade are supported by long-standing industry relationships, including:

Pinball Medics — Canada’s leading pinball service and parts provider and arcade and museum operator
Player One Amusements — The World’s largest amusement distributors
This ensures ongoing access to equipment, parts, and technical support infrastructure, helping maintain an unbeatably high-quality arcade experience.

Where the Golden Era Meets Modern Pinball

While pinball arcades exist in Canada, very few offer the combination found here.

Drawing directly from the philosophy behind the Canadian Pinball Museum by Pinball Medics, featuring a huge selection of fully reconditioned, performance-tuned classic machines — the very same games that defined the Golden Era of the Arcade.

We’ve had a very strong response from musicians, promoters, and booking agents interested in playing at Experience Social, and we want to take a moment to acknowledge that and say thank you.

The former Brass Monkey stage has a long history, and we fully intend to continue live music as a key part of what we’re building.

At this stage, however, we are not actively booking shows.

Right now our focus is on the work required to get the venue open. We are starting with over 7,500 square feet of space that needs to be cleared, cleaned, and rebuilt, along with completing renovations, securing permits, setting up suppliers, and building out the infrastructure needed to operate. It’s a significant undertaking, and until that is in place, we are not in a position to commit to even thinking about a booking schedule.

Once the venue is operational and we are ready to move forward with programming, we will begin reaching out and opening up bookings.

In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and interest.

We will also note that businesses and individuals who are supporting the project through corporate sponsorships and Charter Memberships are being prioritized when it comes to suppliers and partnerships for services and products within the venue.

We are currently offering a limited number of Corporate Sponsorships & Charter Memberships for Experience Social as we prepare for launch at 250 Greenbank in May.

For businesses, this is an opportunity to be part of a new, high-traffic venue that combines arcade gaming, live music, and social events in one space. Sponsorships provide ongoing exposure through in-venue placement, event programming, social media, and live-streamed tournaments, along with direct engagement with a consistent and returning audience.

Sponsorship packages are available at three levels:

Pro Sponsor – $1,000
Includes 20 passes and 20 guest passes, a custom branded poster, sponsor apparel, and invitations to the VIP launch event.

Premium Sponsor – $2,500
Includes expanded pass allocation, in-venue logo placement, social media recognition, and sponsorship of four themed event nights.

LE Sponsor (Limited Edition) – $5,000
Includes the highest level of visibility, sponsorship of eight themed nights, and a private event for staff and guests, along with preferred booking access.

For individuals, we are also offering Charter Memberships.

A Charter Membership is a one-time $500 purchase that includes a set of passes for both arcade use and live music events, along with guest passes and VIP launch access.

This is not structured as a donation. The included passes alone represent more value than the purchase price for anyone planning to attend regularly or pass them along to friends, family, staff, or clients. It is simply an opportunity to participate early while receiving tangible value in return.

We are also open to discussions with businesses interested in sponsoring specific recurring nights, including Wednesday or Sunday unlimited play and Saturday live music programming.
