Summer heat, hops and malt meet / To make ah! Oh, the S'mmer Nights 🍺🌌

Tell you more, tell you more? I'd love to!

S'mmer Nights is our brand new small batch s'mores stout! An ode to late summer evening bonfires, S'mmer Nights was brewed with real graham crackers, marshmallows, and cocoa in a delicious off-dry milk stout base. Sitting at 4.7% ABV, it offers a touch of smoke from smoked malts, a creamy body from added lactose, and restrained sweetness.

This small batch is available in cans now, and will be heading to Brewery Bay Food Company taps next week!

Rama popped over to our sister restaurant, MR.SETO, to try our new collab brew, Oo-La-Long oolong saison, paired with their delicious new menu item, tofu laab 👀

The citrus notes in the beer complement the lime perfectly, along with that bit of spice from the chilis! As Rama said -- get down there ASAP and try it for yourself!

The yeast has already been used for our upcoming Mexican dark lager (name TBA, but think 2017 pop songs if you feel like guessing 👀) , which will start fermenting TODAY and be ready in 6-7 weeks -- lagers gotta lager!

Introducing our new collab brew with MR.SETO, a classic saison steeped with high mountain oolong tea.

The saison is a Belgian farmhouse brew that is highly carbonated, dry, with notes of fruit and spice. The oolong tea adds a smooth, lingering floral profile and a sweet finish

Cans of Oo-La-Long is available exclusively at Seto for both dining in and taking home -- while supplies last!
