GIVE THEM SOMETHING THEY’LL REMEMBER

Looking for a holiday team-building experience, staff celebration or thoughtful gift for clients? Bring your group behind the bar for a hands-on Woods Cocktail Workshop, where you’ll create delicious drinks using our award-winning spirits and liqueurs.

Over 90 minutes, guests will make and enjoy three half-size cocktails while learning the essential techniques of building, shaking and stirring. We’ll explore what makes a cocktail balanced and show you how to create bartender-quality drinks at home. Snacks will also be served for everyone to enjoy throughout the workshop.

No bartending experience required. Just bring your curiosity and be ready to have some fun.

Our Strawberry Negroni is handcrafted in small batches using our award-winning liqueurs, fresh BC strawberries, a custom Negroni gin and our house-made strawberry sweet vermouth. Bright, bittersweet, and beautifully balanced, it's ready to enjoy wherever summer takes you.

Dana began bartending out of a passion for creativity and connection, finding joy in the craft of mixing drinks that bring people together. Over the years, he has worked across a wide range of bartending gigs, from casual restaurants to fine dining establishments, honing both his technical knowledge and his hospitality skills.

His favourite cocktail to make is the Negroni — perfectly balanced with sweetness, bitterness, and spirit-forward depth — especially when crafted with Woods Gin, Carpano Antica, a dash of chocolate, and orange bitters.

Outside of bartending, Dana is a writer, musician, brewer, and distiller, always exploring new ways to tell stories and create art.

As a part of Team Canada 🇨🇦 Trade Mission to Japan last week. The Woods Spirit Co. were 1 of 175 Canadian businesses selected to represent our nation. What an honour and privilege it was to visit this beautiful country. 🇯🇵

Building something meaningful takes time.

Sometimes years… like wh**ky, which we age for 3+ years before it ever generates revenue—long before we see a return. Our very first batch won’t be ready until August 2027, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
