Get ready to spend the night with the music, swagger, and rock and roll attitude of The Rolling Stones as Gimme Shelter takes the stage at Blackjacks Roadhouse on Saturday, July 11th.

This live concert experience tribute brings the sound and energy of one of the greatest rock bands of all time to Nisku for a full night of classic hits, big-stage presence, and nonstop Stones spirit. From the first riff to the final encore, this is built for fans who like their rock loud, loose, and legendary.

The show will be outside under the big tent, making it the perfect summer concert night at Blackjacks. Grab your tickets, bring your friends, and get ready to sing along to the songs that helped define rock and roll.

Well... that was a big one.

We are always amazed at how the biker community pulls together for a good cause and this year the Princess Auto Ride For Dad Edmonton did not dissapoint!

Over 400 registered riders and over $100,000 in pledges raised this year. All funds stay local and fight against prostate cancer.

To everyone that volunteered, the riders, the sponsors, towns and for those that just showed up. Blackjacks Roadhouse & Games Room salutes you.

Thank you for proving once again that the biker community is like no other. We are so grateful to be a part of it and we can't wait to see you all again soon.

This year marked the 10th anniversary of the Ride For Dad Edmonton being hosted at Blackjacks Roadhouse, and Mother Nature helped us celebrate with some of the best weather we’ve ever had for the ride.

A sincere thank-you to Nelson, Terry, Sandy, and the entire Ride for Dad committee for continuing to choose Blackjacks as the home of this incredible event.

Of course, none of it would be possible without the volunteers who give their time and the riders who continue to show up in support of such an important cause. Your dedication—and the money raised over the years—has helped make Edmonton a leader in prostate cancer research and awareness.

The fight is far from over, but every rider, volunteer, donation, and kilometre brings us further down the road toward eradicating prostate cancer and, ultimately, cancer in all its forms.

Thank you to everyone who made this year’s ride so special. We’ll see you again in 2027.

Ride For Dad Edmonton is riding out from Blackjacks Roadhouse on Saturday, June 13th at 10am to raise awareness and funds to fight prostate cancer.

Breakfast and registration is from 7:30am - 9:45am or if you're eager you can pre-register on Friday June 12th at Blackjacks Roadhouse from 5:30pm - 8pm.

BIKE OF THE NIGHT

The skies threatened rain all evening, and the crowd was a little lighter than usual. But every now and then, a motorcycle rolls into Bike Night that makes everyone stop what they're doing and take a closer look.

This week's Bike of the Night was one of those motorcycles.

Long forks. Ape hangers. Flames. Fur. Leather. Chrome. A bedroll strapped to the back and enough character to fill a parking lot.

It looked less like a show bike and more like something built for chasing horizons. The kind of machine that makes you think about disappearing down a two-lane highway with dark clouds in the distance and nowhere particular to be.

While many riders stayed home to avoid the weather, this old-school chopper showed up ready for the open road.

Sometimes the best motorcycles aren't the newest, the fastest, or the most expensive. Sometimes they're the ones with a story.
