If you don’t know anything about sea buckthorn, it’s a pretty incredible little berry. Bright orange, tart and deliciously tropical, it grows along cold, windy coastlines where its deep roots help stabilize dunes and protect against erosion. Flavour-wise, think citrus, passionfruit and pineapple.
