🚨TIPSY IS ON THE LOOSE 🚨

Unfortunately, Tipsy the Mouse has escaped supervision and is now hiding somewhere inside Local. 🐭🍸

She’s tiny. She’s drunk. She has no respect for authority.

If you find the little menace, bring her to the bar and we’ll reward your bravery with a FREE DRINK.

Find her. Capture her. Collect your booze.

But be warned — she’s sneaky, emotionally unstable, and has been known to make terrible decisions after 9pm.

No hints. No cheating. No harbouring a fugitive.

🐭 WANTED: TIPSY
💰 REWARD: A DRINK ON US
⚠️ CRIME: Being drunk & disorderly while extremely small

Godspeed. 🫡🍸

Our new hours beginning Monday, September 14th!

09/02/2026

We’re still working out a few kinks over here… because apparently changing things up comes with a little ✨chaos✨. 😂

BUT — we’re OPEN tomorrow and can’t wait to see you! 🍻

For now, we’ll be accepting cash or e-transfer while we get everything sorted out behind the scenes.

Thanks for bearing with us while we get our s**t together. We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️

A little change is happening at Local ❤️

We will be closed tomorrow as we transition into a new chapter and change in ownership. We’ll be back to our regular hours starting Thursday, September 3rd.

Before we move forward, we want to take a moment to recognize Blair and say a genuine thank you for everything he has poured into Local. This place holds so many memories, friendships, laughs, late nights, and special moments, and Blair has been such an important part of creating those memories.

We’re incredibly grateful for his time, his hard work, and everything he has done to make Local what it is today. While we’re excited for this next chapter, we also know that change can be bittersweet — and we want Blair to know how much he is appreciated and that he will always be a part of Local’s story.

Please join us in wishing Blair nothing but happiness and success in whatever comes next.

Here’s to new beginnings, familiar faces, and everything still to come.

We’ll see you Thursday.

A New Chapter at Local 🤍

We wanted to share an update with our Local community. As of today, 4.Eats.Sake kitchen will no longer be operating with us.

We’re incredibly grateful to the kitchen team for the time, energy, and memories they’ve brought into our space, and we wish them nothing but the best in their next chapter.

Local will continue to be your spot for good drinks, good people, and good times. We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to share the next chapter with you.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support of Local.

Please join us at Local next Thursday, August 27th at 8:00 PM as we gather to wish our dear friend Luca well on his next adventure in Vancouver. 💛

Anyone who knows Luca knows what a kind heart and wild spirit he has. His laughter, energy, and the positivity he brings into the bar will be so deeply missed.

Come raise a glass, share some laughs, and send him off with the love he deserves. 🍻

We’re going to miss you so much, Luca. Vancouver has no idea what’s coming. ❤️
