Restaurants for Change is happening October 21st, and what a fantastic lineup we have this year!

Rounding out this year’s lineup are two more spots at the Adventure Hotel: Louie's Steakhouse and .sportsbar! With two unique menus to choose from, there’s something for every occasion, whether you’re grabbing a pizza and catching the game at Uptown Sports Bar or dressing up for a steak dinner at Louie’s Steakhouse.

Looking for somewhere to see the larches without heading too far from Nelson? 🍂

Just a 20-minute drive from town, the White Queen trail at Whitewater is a beautiful way to experience the golden larches, alpine views and mountain scenery.

The hike is around 10 km round trip with approximately 700 m of elevation gain, making it a moderate to challenging route. But the views at the top make the climb worth it.

The larches won’t stay golden forever, so if you’ve been waiting for an excuse to get out there, this is it.
