Lilia is taking us beyond the basics with an intermediate/advanced Body Movement class focused on developing more control, fluidity and quality in your movement.

🔥 8:15 PM — ADVANCED SENSUAL COMBO
with Andrea + a very special guest from the USA 🇺🇸

We’re bringing you an advanced sensual combination but you already know how we do things at ELEVA: the combo is only part of it. 🩵

We’ll be breaking down the technique behind the movements, connection, ex*****on and transitions so you’re not just learning WHAT to do, but understanding HOW to do it.

Two classes. One goal: less collecting moves, more elevating the way you dance. 🩵

Throwing it back to BLU Festival, where Tatiana found herself on the other side of a Jack & Jill, paired with Fawwaz and given a traditional song to make their own. 👀🎶

From competitor to judge, she knows exactly what it feels like to step onto that floor without knowing the partner or the song that’s coming next.

And on September 19, it’ll be YOUR turn. 🔥

We’ve worked on the foundations, now it’s time to have some FUN with them.

We’re jumping into Fusion Footwork, while still reviewing the clean technique that keeps everything controlled and intentional. Expect some fun variations, different influences and new ways to spice up your footwork, whether you’re dancing solo or bringing it into your partnerwork. 👣🔥

This week, we’re exploring Promenade & Counterbalance Techniques!

We’ll break down the connection, weight placement and technique behind these movements so you can understand how they work and integrate them naturally into your dancing. ✨
