These are the hands behind the food. The cooks who show up, prep, chop, sear, taste, clean, and do it all again tomorrow.
They’re the backbone of this pub.

Derrière chaque assiette, il y a une cuisine qu’on voit rarement.
Il fait chaud. Ça fait du bruit. Ça bouge vite.
Ce sont les mains derrière la bouffe. Les cuisiniers qui préparent, coupent, saisissent, goûtent, nettoient, puis recommencent le lendemain.
C’est eux, la colonne vertébrale de notre pub.
