Recently we had the pleasure of working the TROIS BISOUS event as a part of Tales of the Cocktail celebrations.

1 day, 3 different rooms, so many delicious cocktails and all sorts of Bisous at the stunning Maison Métier. Working alongside Bisou Paris and Bisous | Fulton Market Bar was nothing short of spectacular. 😮‍💨

Bisou Bisou travelled a long way from Montréal to Tórshavn, but when the opportunity to host a cocktail-paired tasting dinner with the two-Michelin starred restaurant .faroeislands presents itself, you accept with an emphatic OUI.

Le chef Poul Andrias Ziska dirige l’équipe du restaurant étoilé Michelin le plus isolé au monde, entremêlant les techniques des îles Féroé à une expérience culinaire moderne. Nous savions qu’il s’agissait d’un projet d’envergure, et Greg a éxecuté cette vision à la perfection !

Needless to say, our mission to get people to eat and drink more delicious things was accomplished.🫡 A massive thanks to the team at Paz and to our sponsor, , xx.

Vous pouvez appeler ça un petit « getaway », ou peut-être juste une raison de célébrer l'équipe du bar n° 11 sur la liste Canada’s 100 Best Bars, mais nous, on appelle ça un apéritif au Jjacques. 🙂‍↕️


Montréal débarque à Québec le lundi 18 mai dès 17h, et notre équipe sera là en « full service » aux côtés de l'équipe de Jjacques ! Start your week strong, apéritif hour is about to go crazzzzzzy!!
