We are looking for a professional line cook to work on line. The duties will include opening/closing line and adhering to all the standards set by the management. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction. Some of the duties includes but are not limited to:
Ensure that food comes out according to our specs.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and health safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests. Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant.
Put deliveries away and work according to the schedule set by the management.
Follow all the serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.
Able to work on all sections of Kitchen which includes Broil, Sauté, Pantry, Prep and dish as required.
Stocks the line of food products at line stations to assure a fast service.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tops, shelves, grills, fryers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and all the equipment used in the kitchen.
Do open and closes according to the restaurant requirement
Follows all the directions given by Supervisor on duty.

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
Experience:
Culinary: 1 year (preferred)
cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
