Dear customers, we are going to close the bar for a while starting from next Thursday (June 11th). Some cleaning and repairing work has to be done before summer. This year the situation is a bit complicated and we cannot predict how long it will take us to finish all the jobs. Maybe two weeks? We will post a notice a few days before reopen. By the way, we said about pepperoni clearance sale, here it comes – 12” @$20.00 and 16” @$30.00, tax included; starting from today, this Friday (June 5th) until sold out, stock limited. Here comes the updated menu：
Specials – we will try WING NIGHT on Thursday, in our way. Hamburgers can be provided in case some customers don’t eat chicken but still need non-deep-fried food, but pizzas won’t be available. Please be noticed there will not be endless wings that day because all our wings have to be processed in advance for a better texture and flavor, and it takes time. This is where all the saved food-prep time goes. Hope you will like it.

Brief summary for the changes:
1) PRICES – increased on most of the items simply because of food inflation. Some items worth mentioning are RIBS, WINGS and PIZZAS with pepperoni. For ribs, please be noticed the serving size has been increased from 10oz to 12oz, leading to bigger price uplift. For wings, we switched the source due to the availability issue since last October and the cost is noticeably higher than before. For pepperoni, we changed to another product for time saving purpose because it is much easier to prep. We still have some old pepperoni left. We may offer clearance sales of pepperoni pizza occasionally in the coming weeks or months.
2) Items – CHICKEN CAESAR, CHICKEN SANDWICHES and CHICKEN PIZZAS all removed. We don’t hate chicken, but the sales of these foods and effort to prepare them didn’t match. HAM & CHEESE SANDWICH newly added, but only as a lunch option because it is a high-sugar, high-fat sandwich thus not a good idea for supper, although it tastes really good.
3) Kitchen time – We leave it as it was. When the summer vacation starts, we will extend it. Probably we can be more flexible in time as kids don’t have school then.

The updated menu will be effective on May 21. Thank you for your support!

Winter has come to an end, FINALLY! It’s time for us to review our business results and prepare for a new season. In the past year, we have witnessed another big leap of food and beverage prices. In addition to that, we have come across some availability issues, like chicken wings and bacon, for whatever the reason. We are going to update our menu after the review, and the new version will be posted in the coming week. Meanwhile, at the time of seasonal transition, we plan to take a break like what we did in previous years. Details will be posted as well once we have our decision.
For next Monday, 04 May, we are openning later, will post to public as soon as we are available.

Dear customers, we would like to let you know a couple of changes: 1) bar will be open a few hours later this Saturday (Apr. 25) and Sunday (Apr. 26) due to the activities of girls’ dance club. Probably around 4:00PM on Saturday and 5:00PM on Sunday. We will post a notice when we are back from the dance.
2) Seared chicken related foods items are all removed, including Chicken Caesar Salad (regular Caesar Salad not affected), J&C’s Chicken Sandwich, Seared Chicken Wrap, and chicken pizzas. To make these foods, we start with fresh, unseasoned quality chicken breasts. But they are the least forgiving cut of meat and require extra work and attention when prepping and cooking. By saving that time and effort, we bet we can improve overall productivity. By the way, hamburgers are available on Thursday for lunch.
