Here comes the updated menu：
Specials – we will try WING NIGHT on Thursday, in our way. Hamburgers can be provided in case some customers don’t eat chicken but still need non-deep-fried food, but pizzas won’t be available. Please be noticed there will not be endless wings that day because all our wings have to be processed in advance for a better texture and flavor, and it takes time. This is where all the saved food-prep time goes. Hope you will like it.
Brief summary for the changes:
1) PRICES – increased on most of the items simply because of food inflation. Some items worth mentioning are RIBS, WINGS and PIZZAS with pepperoni. For ribs, please be noticed the serving size has been increased from 10oz to 12oz, leading to bigger price uplift. For wings, we switched the source due to the availability issue since last October and the cost is noticeably higher than before. For pepperoni, we changed to another product for time saving purpose because it is much easier to prep. We still have some old pepperoni left. We may offer clearance sales of pepperoni pizza occasionally in the coming weeks or months.
2) Items – CHICKEN CAESAR, CHICKEN SANDWICHES and CHICKEN PIZZAS all removed. We don’t hate chicken, but the sales of these foods and effort to prepare them didn’t match. HAM & CHEESE SANDWICH newly added, but only as a lunch option because it is a high-sugar, high-fat sandwich thus not a good idea for supper, although it tastes really good.
3) Kitchen time – We leave it as it was. When the summer vacation starts, we will extend it. Probably we can be more flexible in time as kids don’t have school then.
