**A note from Milos’ Craft B**r Emporium**

We’re heartbroken to share that we’ve lost a member of our kitchen team under tragic circumstances. They were a close friend to many of us here, and this loss is deeply felt by our whole team.

Our thoughts are with their family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.

We’ll be open today, with a slightly scaled-back menu and shorter hours while our team takes the time we need.

Rest in peace, T. 🤍

Most of you probably already know that we have a close-knit team of “highly dysfunctional” misfits working here.

And for some strange reason, we actually like each other. Some of us even love each other. ❤️

So when one of our misfits leaves, it creates a hole in our hearts that’s never easy to fill.

Sadly, we’re about to experience another loss. Jaycie is leaving us and moving all the way to Manila.

Oh… not that Manila. The one just outside Toronto. But it’s still heartbreaking to see her go.

Tomorrow is her last day at Miloš. If you feel like it, pop in, have a drink with her and wish her safe travels as she heads off on her next adventure.

We’ll miss you terribly, Jaycie. Once a misfit, always a misfit. ❤️🍺

🎓🍺 ANOTHER SCHOLAR HAS EMERGED FROM THE HALLOWED HALLS OF MILOŠ UNIVERSITY OF LONDON.

Please raise your glasses for Braiden, our latest graduate with the highly prestigious, internationally questionable, but extremely difficult-to-obtain degree of:

BACHELOR OF B**R SCIENCES. 🍻🎓

Braiden dedicated himself selflessly to the demanding fields of b**r sciences and imbibery. There were lectures. There was research. There were practical examinations. Mostly practical examinations.

After years* of sacrifice, perseverance and staring thoughtfully into glasses of b**r, the Faculty of Zymurgy finally agreed:

Braiden has earned his degree.

Diploma presented.
Graduation robes worn.

Another day, another tasting session. Tough job, but someone has to do it. 🍺

This time: Epoch — Dark Sea Rising from Third Moon Brewing. A 5% smoothie sour loaded with guava, pineapple and pimento.

First, an important lesson: gently roll the can to mix all that real fruit back into the b**r. Do not shake it—unless you would like your smoothie sour on the ceiling.

It pours thick, juicy and properly smoothie-like. Loads of tropical fruit, plenty of pineapple, and just a little pimento spice appearing in the aftertaste. Not hot—just enough to keep things interesting.

The official verdict: delightful, delicious and best served very cold.

Also, a shout-out to Carly… wherever she may be. 😂

The cool crew tasted something from Cool B**r Brewing Company. 😎🍺

This is an IPL — India Pale L***r. It combines the clean, crisp, refreshing character of a l***r with the bright, citrusy hops of an IPA.

The verdict? Light l***r-like aroma, a gentle touch of West Coast IPA character, and far less bitterness than expected. If you’re curious about IPAs but aren’t ready to dive headfirst into the hops, this is a very friendly place to start.

Good job, Cool crew. This one disappeared suspiciously quickly… and you might just see it at a neighbourhood pub near you. 👀
