We have an update on our oven situation.
Thanks to the team at Tri County Propane Ltd
in Yarmouth, our oven has been professionally assessed and repaired. While we're still waiting on a couple of parts to arrive, the oven is safely back up and running.

The next step is rebuilding our dough inventory. Because our dough goes through a four day fermentation process before it's ready to bake, we'll need a little time to get caught up.

As a result, we will remain closed this week and plan to reopen on Thursday, June 18.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unexpected interruption. We're grateful that the repairs could be completed without replacing the oven, and we're looking forward to getting back to serving you in the weeks ahead.

⚠️ CLOSED TODAY ⚠️ our propane range is releasing dangerous smoke. We need to turn it off out of fear of it catching fire. We need to have it professionally serviced right away for the safety of our guests and ourselves. We apologize for the inconvenience.
