Lion's Head Bottle Return Accepting all alcoholic containers. Check hours for availability. Please count your bottles and cans NO soft drink containers. NO non-alcoholic containers.

ALL alcoholic containers purchased at the LCBO or Beer Store greater than 100 ml are returnable. All containers greater than 100 ml but less than or equal to 630 ml have a deposit value of $0.10 each. All containers greater than 630 ml have a deposit value of $0.20 each.

The Festive Feast at Bruce Peninsula DS, sponsored by the Lion's Head Community Bottle Fund, where all students and staff are served a full turkey dinner with all the fixings, was supposed to be on Wednesday, December 10. With the weather and bus cancellations, the date was changed to Friday, December 12.

I always strive to attend the Festive Feast, to see the smiles and joy from everyone involved, and to admire the work from all the volunteers.

On that note ... the Lion's Head Bottle Return will be closed on Friday, December 12. It will be open on Thursday, December 11 and Saturday, December 13 from 10 am to 4 pm.

Sorry for the inconvenience and your cooperation is appreciated.
