AVERAGE JOE’S SPORTS BAR

Average Joe’s has become a fixture in the downtown Lethbridge Sports Bar and entertainment scene. From it’s beginnings in 2000 in a cramped but cozy space , to it’s current 10,000 square foot venue, Average Joe’s has been welcoming the people of Lethbridge. Every day sees working professionals, sports fans, students, and “Average Joe’s” unwinding at the end of the day.

For the sports fan, Average Joe’s is a little piece of heaven, with not a bad seat in the house. The 10 available satellite or cable feeds allow you to watch the sporting event of your choice on one of 42 televisions, including 3 giant 150 inch screens. Monday Night Football and Pay Per View UFC Fights are regular events at the bar. You don’t just have to watch. Scattered throughout are challenges to try your hand at, such as pool, shuffleboard, foosball, air hockey, buzz time trivia, pinball, darts and numerous video games. You can even keep your golf swing grooved year round on one of Average Joe’s two Par T golf simulators featuring over 100 famous golf courses from around the world. Beer is big at Average Joe’s, with 11 kegs on tap and over 40 choices in the cooler. The sky is the limit when it comes to the types of cocktails and shooters the bartenders can whip up. The kitchen cooks up a full variety of pub food. Patrons can choose from over 30 varieties of chicken wings. Average Joe’s has become famous for it’s homemade burgers made from a well guarded secret recipe. The pizzas are made in house with many specialty topping combinations. How about beef jerky or chicken ranch? JOE’S GARAGE

Average Joe’s Sports Bar has a very special “back room” called Joe’s Garage. This is where a great range of entertainment takes place. Three huge garage doors separate the garage from the main bar room. These doors can be either open or closed depending on what action is happening in the garage. Regular events include karaoke, dueling pianos and Yuk Yuks comedy club. The garage stage is also a place for concerts. It has been the scene of great entertainment from bands like Streetheart, Nazareth, The Irish Descendants and Doug and The Slugs. There have also been tribute acts, like Johnny Cash and Bon jovi, and local favorites like the Chevelles and Trevor Panzak. The Garage can also be booked for private functions for groups ranging from 50 to 140. It is a place to listen, a place to laugh, a place to sing and a place to dance. No wonder, Joe’s Garage has become a favorite entertainment venue in Lethbridge. Remember, “ What Happens In the Garage, Stays In The Garage”.

Well friends... Life is great and then it's messy but it will be great again ☀️
The beautiful plans we had almost ready to share have to be put on the back burner, no pun intended... Lonny has had to take an emergency trip to the US to get back surgery as he's at risk for paralysis if he keeps putting it off (again and again cause he's stubborn like that😉).
Plans have to be put off for a question mark amount of time.
Help me send best wishes to Lonny💙💙!
