If you don’t already know her, this is our Head Brewer and Cider maker Chelsea!. She started here at Five Roads making beer with Adam and quickly learned each and every aspect of our brewery. Her genuine genuis has brought us so many new creations over the last three years that beer just wasn’t enough. With her previous experience in wine making, cider was the obvious next exploration for her. And shes done an amazing job! In our first year of cider making she put out over 10 new flavors on tap and developed our beloved Original Dry at 6.5%.
If everyone could give a big CHEERS to Chelsea, this girl deserves it!
