surrounding areas. Some of our local suppliers include Raschle Farms in Hanover,
who supply the Organic beef for our burgers; St. Clements
Poultry provides our fresh Jumbo chicken wings and boneless
breasts. Our delicious cheeses come from Woolwich Dairy,
Pine River, Salerno a

nd St-Albert Cheese. Wood Smoked
meats comes from Stemmler Meats in Heidelburg, and pork
from Conestoga Meats. Our fresh Italian pizza dough is made
in-house and cooked to order in our pizza oven. We use
hand-rolled puff pastry for our real Irish Pub pies and have an
impressive selection of desserts. Our sauces are homemade,
including authentic curry sauces and a unique variety of wing
sauces and house gravies. Check out our gluten free selections labelled with the icon -
all designed to give our customers the best quality food with the
smallest environmental footprint.
