We have been working hard on new dishes (as per usual) and this collab between and deserves a special shoutout. From concept, to daily chats, research, chats with suppliers (like Karl from .farms) and final touches the new ravioli on the menu is a true collaboration, and the result is spectacular.
Paired with NV orange wine, you just NEED this.

this effervescent drink features aromatic melon, citrus, and soft complexity from the yellow
chartreuse. pisco el gobernador is a chilean brandy made from muscatel rosada, and muscat alexandria grape varietals, this spirit has a light,
and floral expression.

come on in and try the award winning cocktail “monty and the king” today!!!!!

monty and the king is inspired by elvis presley, and his favorite snack: a peanut butter, banana, jelly, and bacon sandwich. the flavors are built around amaro montenegros aromatic notes. our hound dog elixir is made with banana peel, cinnamon, rose petal, and white pepper. smooth, complex and spirit forward.
