We all know (or at least should know) that Thursday are for labs but we want to have some fun too! So this Wednesday (and hopefully) Wednesdays henceforth, we'll be whipping up some very limited features. Just like Jeremy and Mike's labs, there are no rules- just whatever tasty item makes our heart sing.

Today, it's SAAG PANEER POUTINE. A pile of our house cut fries, creamy spiced spinach sauce and crispy paneer, topped with pickled cherry tomato and garlic aioli. Our advice: share. It's a generous serving. $23, order in person or online!

We'll be slinging tacos every Tuesday in May, and today (Cinco do Mayo) seems like the best kick off! Today's flavours are:
NOT Taco Supreme: seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese, lettuce pico, sour cream, corn tortilla.
And
Fish taco with spicy crema and pineapple salsa.

Each taco is served on a doubled up gluten free corn tortilla, which means a nice hearty portion that's sure to fill you up, or share with someone you love. You can also share with a stranger if you so desire.

📆 Starting Monday, May 4th, we and the good folks are opening up 7 days a week! Hours as above. Ordering online is still your best option, but of course come see us at the kitchen window anytime.

And, since our first Tuesday open just happens to be Cinco de Mayo, why not have us a little taco Tuesday? Starting at 4 pm, details will be in our story tomorrow!

Just working on these little nests for our next week's dinner! There's still time to grab a seat. A couple more menu teasers:

PB and J: shokupan, home made nut butter, raspberry, chili, patê. Not a peanut butter and jam sandwich.

Caesar Salad: tomato, summer sausage, fried clams, Worcetershireterworststershire sauce. Not a drink.

(Duck) Bacon and (Duck) Eggs: scallion pancake, duck egg, Eh-1 sauce, duck confit, home made duck bacon. NOT bacon and eggs!

Smoked Salmon: rosti, hollandaise, hot smoked salmon, cold smoked Tobiko. It is not eggs Benedict.

French Toast Bread Pudding: putting the French toast back on the dessert menu where it belongs. It is not coffee and French toast.
