Chef Shaun knows that Happiness is Homemade….his new tasty creations include Fire & Ice Calamari, Sicilian Chestnut Honey Glazed Salmon, and a Smoked Cherry Brandy Duck Breast. Our new steak joining the 18 oz. Ribeye is our 10 oz. Filet Mignon. Perfection comes at the end of the night with Chef Shaun’s dessert specialty Crème Brulee
