This week’s Baker Feature is all about Janis from Confetti Crumbs & Cookies! 🍪

A hockey mom of four and lifelong baker, Janis found her way into the world of custom sugar cookies while working as a critical care nurse during COVID.

What started as a creative outlet quickly became a passion, and today she’s creating beautiful custom cookies for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, holidays, and everything in between.

Calling all Kelowna makers, creators, and entrepreneurs!

We want to hang out, connect, and get to know our amazing community this summer.

To make Saturdays even better, we are opening up space outside our shop from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM to feature local talent.

Whether you are a seasoned artisan or a brand-new entrepreneur looking to showcase your work, we would love to host you!

To help support our local community, vendor spots are completely free.

The Details:

When: Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Cost: Free space to set up your table and hang out with us!

Food Vendors: Food items are absolutely welcome, but they must be prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen.

Location: Table will be located outside the shop. I can provide a table! If you need overhead shelter, you can bring an umbrella or small tent if you have one.

Spaces are limited each weekend so we can give everyone their spotlight.

I’m offering a limited quantity of this adorable set of teacher appreciation cookies this year. Such a fun way to say thank you!

Each set will come with 3 heat-sealed cookies, name tag, tag, bow and seed pot. $20 each. Payment must be made at time of ordering.

Who loves CAMPING???

DATE: June 11th
TIME: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
LOCATION: 50–1615 Dickson Ave, Kelowna Between Bean Scene Coffee Shop and Sticks and Stones Design Centre

Tickets are $75 per person.

Registration includes your seat, all hands-on instruction, and your completed cookie set.

All tools, materials, and step-by-step instruction are included, making it perfect for beginners and anyone looking to build their skills.

Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Cookie kits will be available for purchase if you’d like to continue practicing at home.
Each kit is $25 and includes cookies, icing from class, and all the decorations needed to recreate your designs.

Tickets are transferable if you’re unable to attend. If something comes up, please contact me and we’ll work out a solution.
