👨‍🍳✨ FEATURE SPOTLIGHT: WELCOME, BRIAN!
We’re excited to welcome Brian Miller to the Barside Lounge & Grill team as our new Chef! 🎉
With 32+ years of culinary experience and a Red Seal certification, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our kitchen. His background includes working in high-volume camp environments, where he helped lead operations serving approximately 600 guests per meal, three times a day—talk about experience! 🔥
Brian also spent five years at Duffy’s, further building his experience in restaurant operations and team environments.
What stood out most to us? Brian’s calm, approachable and team-focused leadership style. He’s passionate about not only leading a kitchen team, but also mentoring and helping others grow.
We’re looking forward to seeing Brian bring his experience, consistency and creativity to Barside Lounge & Grill—and we’re excited for what’s ahead! 🍽️
