An evening of community, compassion, and shared purpose at Zaika Lounge & Restaurant.

We were truly honoured to host the RAFT Refugees And Friends Together Kamloops Fundraising Dinner in Kamloops, bringing to gather guests, friends, volunteers, and community members for a meaningful night of connection and support.

Our team was proud to prepare and serve a warm South Asian Buffet Dinner, crafted with authentic flavours, generous hospitality, and the welcoming spirit Zaika is known for.

Events like this remind us that a restaurant is more than a place to dine. It can be a gathering space where stories are shared, relationships are built, and the community comes together for something bigger.

Thank you to the organizer, volunteers, guests, and everyone who joined us for this special evening. We are grateful to support local initiatives that uplift newcomers, immigrants, refugees, families, and the wider Kamloops community.

What an incredible experience at the **TRU IDays Food Stall Event**.

Zaika Lounge & Restaurant was truly honored to be part of this special event, and we are thankful for the outstanding response and support we received. Seeing so many people visit our stall, enjoy our food, and appreciate our flavors made the day a huge success for us.

Events like this remind us how meaningful it is to share our **100% halal South Asian heritage cuisine** with the Kamloops community. We are grateful to Thompson Rivers University, the organizers, and everyone who came by to support us.

The TRUSU Bangladesh Club Iftar Event has officially sold out, and we at Zaika Lounge & Restaurant are truly proud to support this beautiful gathering as a sponsor.

Ramadan is about community, sharing, and bringing people together. Seeing students and community members unite for Iftar here in Kamloops makes us very happy.
