HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

Chef Isaac and the amazing kitchen team put together a couple amazing dishes to celebrate the dads out there.

Slow braised Birria beef and sauteed onions & peppers on jalapeno smoked gouda corn bread. Topped with chipotle lime hollandaise.

SHORT RIB

Slow roasted short rib from Rangelands Meats, resting on a glorious mound of loaded mashed potatoes and topped with a rich bacon stout demi. Served with Ikigai Farms carrots, tossed in garlic scape butter.

His music is a perfect blend of classic country, traditional folk, and the textural edges of indie-psych rock.

Brad has been a key part of our team for more than 5 years. Unfortunately, he's recently been diagnosed with cancer and is home with his family during his battle. As he goes through his cancer journey, we're raising a glass for him. We'll be donating $1 from each pint of sour beer sold to support Brad and his family.
