😂 Sorry not sorry...

If my house smells amazing but the laundry isn't folded...

I consider that a successful day.

Listen, I had good intentions.

I was going to:
✔ Fold the laundry
✔ Clean the kitchen
✔ Organize that one drawer

Instead...

I had a coffee.
I lit a candle.
I enjoyed a few minutes of peace.

And honestly? I regret nothing. 😆

Life is busy enough.

Sometimes the dishes can wait.

Sometimes the laundry can wait.

Sometimes you just need your home to smell amazing and your brain to take a little break.

Just me? 😂 Tell me I'm Not Alone

Some mornings I wake up feeling like I've got everything under control.

By lunch, the plan has changed three times.

By dinner, I'm standing in front of the fridge negotiating with a block of cheese and some leftovers.

Adulting is exhausting. 😆

That's why I've learned to appreciate the little things:

💕 A hot coffee before the house wakes up.
💕 A few quiet minutes to myself.
💕 A home that smells amazing even when dinner is still a mystery.

This morning I'm choosing peace over perfection.

Life gets busy.
