Coastal Restaurant & Pub is excited for the weekend. We are open Friday, May 29th to Sunday May 31st from noon until 7:30pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday and then, exciting part engaged, opening 7 days a week starting Wednesday, June 3rd, noon until 7:30 daily and closing hours will become later when we have everyone trained.

Thank you all for your patience with our opening and closing hours. We are very excited to just be open for everyone 7 days a week.

Coastal Restaurant & Pub would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone for an extremely busy weekend. We are still getting the hang of everything so we apologize for any waits. We are working on efficiency every day.

One thing we wanted to mention is if there is anything that isn't consistent with previous years please let us know. Pricing is simply ridiculous and food quality it not great. Prices up and food product quality down. Drives us crazy. So we are navigating daily on produce, fish, scallops etc. Haddock and scallops are the worst with quality being not what we are use to ridiculous pricing.

So if you see something off our menu, that is the reason. Not because we want to. So please reach out with any concerns and thank you to all our supporters.

Next two weeks our hours will be as follows. Friday the 22nd to Sunday the 24th noon until 7:30. Closed through the week.

Following week Friday the 29th noon until 7:30 and we hope to have most of our team then and hope to be 7 days a week from the 29th on. Please like and share and let's do a contest. Like and share for your chance to win a $20 gift card and a few draws for some discount cards. 😊

Coastal Restaurant & Pub wants to thank everyone for a great opening weekend so far. We thank everyone for your patience while we train our new team. It's been great to get open. We will be doing weekends this week and the next 2 as well. We hope to be open 7 days a week by the 21st or 22nd of May.
Now for our Mother's Day weekend, we will have our 3 course specials on once again. It's a great line up and each entree price includes Appetizers, Main Course, Dessert and tea, coffee or soft drinks. All for the 1 price. Regular menu available as well. Coastal Restaurant & Pub would like to announce we are getting open for Mother's Day weekend!!! We are excited to open Friday, May 8th, at 3pm to 7:30pm. Saturday and Mother's Day Sunday, we will be open 12pm to 7:30pm.

With pricing being insane we will be doing a soft open with a spring menu, with your favorites. For the first few weeks of May we will open through the weekends and we will post hours soon. As many know, we have a new team in the kitchen and our current amazing team will be training and teaching throughout these next few weeks.

JOB POSTING FOR COASTAL RESTAURANT
In a turn of events and more of our team moving on to pursue their studies and careers, we are now looking for 4 to 5 full time cooks. We have been lucky the last 20 years with long time team members and we knew with people moving on from university etc. we would need cook positions but just not all in one season.

In saying that, we are in need of line cooks for full time seasonal work starting mid May to mid October, roughly. Competitive pay and cash tips with 2 days off per week. Experience is an asset but we will train as well. We are also looking to see if anyone has any rooms for rent for workers. We have a few but not upwards of 5. Any help would greatly be appreciated. JOB ALERT FOR COASTAL RESTAURANT IN INGONISH.

We are currently looking for one or two cooking positions to join our team. Experience is a bonus but we will also train the right applicant. We hope to find people who want to be a part of our team long term and who enjoy a fast pace environment.

The position is from mid May until mid October. We offer 40 to 48 hour work weeks with 2 days off, competitive wages and cash tips. All of our shifts are straight time each day with NO split shifts.

Update for Coastal Restaurant & Pub for today, Sunday, of Thanksgiving weekend. A huge thank you to our amazing locals and tourists for our busiest Saturday of Thanksgiving, ever. And gearing up for another busy one today. Specials still on pur page until they run out. CLOSED MONDAY AND TUESDAY and opening Wednesday and Thursday around 3pm and Friday, October 17th, is our last day for the season. No busses that day so opening at noon until the food runs out. Thank you all for an incredible and busiest season since we opened 20 years ago. A HUGE THANK YOU to our team and loyal customers. ❤️❤️
